SUMMARY:‘What matters to you?’ Event hosted by Lincolnshire Maternity and Neonatal service team
DESCRIPTION:A roadshow for mums or mums to be\, their families\, or professionals working in this field. \n\n\n\n\nWe are delighted to invite you to the first in a series of roadshows we are hosting around the county.  They are for women thinking of having a baby\, are pregnant or a mum\, or a professional working in this field.\n\nWhat is the event?\n\n\nit is a drop in event taking place on Tuesday 11th October 2022 from 10am to 4pm at The Storehouse\, North Parade\, Skegness PE25 1BY and guests will receive a warm welcome\, information and goodie bags.  They will be invited to take a tour giving them an overview of the pregnancy journey and gather information about caring for their baby\, themselves and their family.  There will be opportunity to talk with midwives and other health service professionals. Free entry\, no pre booking is required. \n\n\nWhat and why are we asking?\n\n\nWe will be asking – What matters to you? a simple question which has a huge impact on the services that the team in the Lincolnshire Maternity and Neonatal system provide. \n\n\nWe want to listen and understand what matters to mums\, mums to be and the professionals that support them.  We want to ensure that care is safe and personal to all and that all mothers and babies achieve the best health outcomes. \n\n\nWhat are the benefits to those attending?\n\n\nThis is warm\, welcoming family event with free refreshments and a lunch for children\, along with fun activities to engage in. SUMMARY:Public Primary Care Commissioning Committee Meeting | 19th October 2022
DESCRIPTION:The Committee has been established to enable the members to make collective decisions on the review\, planning commissioning and procurement of primary care services within the ICS area under delegated authority from NHS England.  The role of the Committee shall be to carry out the functions relating to the commissioning of Primary Medical Services section 83 of the NHS Act. \nWe welcome patients and the public to these meetings to offer local people a first-hand opportunity to see how we are working to improve health services in Lincolnshire.  These are not public meetings in the normal sense but they are meetings held in public. The main difference is that the public are entitled to come along and listen to the discussion\, but they are not able to take part or ask questions during the formal meeting. \nThe meeting will also be held virtually as a Live Event on Microsoft Teams and a recording posted on our website after the meeting for those who were unable to attend. \nClick here to join the meeting via Microsoft Teams – Wednesday 19th October 2022 \nMembers of the public will be able to submit questions by completing the PCCC meeting questions proforma. Once completed please submit the form electronically to Ms Sarah Bates\, ICB Deputy Board Secretary at s.bates@nhs.net by no later than 5.00 pm on Tuesday 18th October 2022. \nDownload meeting agenda and papers  (all agendas and papers will be published as soon as they are available ahead of the meeting)
