Health and care services in Lincolnshire can only work if we have the right people, in the right roles doing their best to care for our people. Historically, rural areas have been the most difficult areas to recruit to but we know that in Lincolnshire, we have a lot to offer.
Which is why we are bringing the Lincolnshire system together to work on attracting more people into the county, developing them and their careers, and supporting them to do what they want to do, in the way they want to do it.
Attracting, retaining and supporting our workforce needs to be done together in order to ensure that we are providing the best possible services and care to the people of Lincolnshire, when and where they need it.
By working collaboratively, we want to:
Our Be Lincolnshire campaign showcases some of the very best that Lincolnshire has to offer. It includes a wealth of information about what it is like to live and work in Lincolnshire as well as a range of career case studies.
We want all of our staff to come to work and feel like they belong. As a health and care system in Lincolnshire we want to become more inclusive and ensure that discrimination has no place in any of our organisations.
Our workforce are the reason we are able to look after the people of Lincolnshire. Keeping staff in their roles, and helping them to develop and work towards a better work/life balance is one of the main aims of the People Hub.
Keeping our staff happy and healthy is key to caring for our patients and keeping our services running. Creating, building and maintaining a strong sense of health and wellbeing within our staff.
