You and Your General Practice

You and Your General Practice has been developed by NHS England and is a guide to what to expect from your General Practice (GP) team and what’s expected of you as a patient.

By following this simple guide, you can get the best from the NHS and your GP team.

Providing feedback or raising concerns

If you don’t believe these standards are being met and want to give feedback, raise a concern or make a formal complaint about your GP Practice, it’s always best to ask to speak to the practice manager first.

However, if you don’t feel comfortable doing this, you can either:

  • Give feedback or raise a concern about your GP Practice with us:
    • By telephone: 01522 309299 (Office hours are 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday)
    • Email: LICB.feedbacklincolnshireicb@nhs.net
    • Or write to us at: NHS Lincolnshire Integrated Care Board, Complaints and Customer Care Team, Bridge House, The Point, Lions Way, Sleaford NG34 8GG.
  • Make a formal complaint through our Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS):
    • By telephone: 0300 123 9553
    • Email: LHNT.LincsPALS@nhs.net
    • The service is open 10am to 4pm Monday to Friday (Except Bank Holidays).
