Care Portal e-Learning for existing users
This e-Learning is intended for GP practice staff to complete in order to obtain access. It can also be used to refresh yourself on the capabilities of the Care Portal as an existing user. Note: If you work for LCHS, LPFT, ULHT, St Barnabas, LCC or a third party organisation and DO NOT already have access to the Care Portal via your organisation, please complete the e-learning initially via their chosen method e.g. Learner Management System, as your completion record may be linked to it.

This e-Learning is intended to give you a good understanding of the Care Planning functionality within the Care Portal. For any clinical care plan related questions regarding processes etc, please speak to a senior clinician or your line manager. For any care plan care portal system related queries, please report this via your organisation’s incident process.
