Are you passionate about sharing your work in research or innovation? This is your chance to showcase your projects to a diverse audience of peers!
We’re inviting you to submit to our poster competition, which is open to individuals and teams at all stages of their career. Whether you’re just at the start of your journey or a gilded veteran there’s a category for you!

Why submit?
Get recognised: All submissions will be printed and proudly displayed at the conference.
Compete for the spotlight: A panel of experts will judge the posters ahead of the event, selecting one winner from each category. Winners will receive the prestigious opportunity to present their work and engage in a short Q&A session during the conference.
Open to all: You don’t need to attend the conference to participate—just submit your poster and let your work speak for itself!

Important details
Submissions can represent individual or team projects.
Comprehensive guidelines, including category criteria, poster structure, and formatting, are available in the competition guidelines.
Please note: Posters that don’t meet the criteria, at the discretion of the judging panel, will not be displayed. Additionally, we reserve the right to move posters between categories if we believe they are better suited to a different one (e.g., a submission to “Early-career Researcher” may be reassigned to “Mid-career Researcher” if deemed more appropriate).
