Integrated Care Partnership

The Lincolnshire Integrated Care Partnership (ICP) is a joint committee of Lincolnshire County Council and NHS Lincolnshire Integrated Care Board (ICB). It is also a statutory element of the Lincolnshire Integrated Care System (ICS), known as ‘Better Lives Lincolnshire’.

Lincolnshire County Council is still required to have a Health and Wellbeing Board (HWB) as a committee of the council, with responsibility for the delivery of the Lincolnshire Joint Health and Wellbeing Strategy (JHWS).

As a health and care system with only one HWB and one ICP, the agreed approach locally was to mirror the membership across the two and to ensure links within the strategies to avoid duplication, or gaps across the ICS.
