Community Pharmacy Survey

Community pharmacies in Lincolnshire offer more easily accessible healthcare services due to availability of walk-in service, with some pharmacies operating in the evenings and weekends. You can find them in supermarkets, on the high street, in shopping centres, and across local neighbourhoods and villages. Pharmacists and their teams offer self care advice,  supply medicines, and provide treatments for minor illnesses to help people stay healthy and well.

NHS Lincolnshire Integrated Care Board wants to hear your experiences of using community pharmacies, or your thoughts if you have not used one recently. Your feedback will help improve awareness, remove barriers, and shape future pharmacy services, especially for people and communities who may find it harder to access healthcare.

The survey is open until 7 November. To request the survey in another language, a different format, or to get help completing it, contact the NHS Lincolnshire ICB Engagement Team by emailing licb.involveus@nhs.net or calling 07779 913 329.
