Come and meet the IMP Primary Care Network team at their FallStop! Community Falls Prevention Event on Thursday 14th September.

Willingham Village Hall, High St, Willingham by Stow, Gainsborough DN21 5JZ. Drop in between 11am and 3pm.

The Fallstop Programme has been designed by the team at Imp Primary Care Network alongside local colleagues. The aim is to share tips and advice to the local population that will help people to stay active, safe and reduce the risk of falling at home.
