ICBs Cluster Board Meeting | Thursday 15 January 2026
Members of the public attending Board Meetings in Public
Members of the public are invited to attend and observe our Board Meetings that are held in Public. These meetings provide an opportunity to see how the Board makes decisions and conducts its business. Please note that, whilst members of the public are welcome to observe, participation in discussions or asking questions during the meeting is not permitted.
Board meetings are usually held every two months, on the third Thursday of the month, starting at 10am. We kindly ask attendees to arrive promptly, as late entry will not be possible once the meeting has begun.
If you would like to attend a meeting, please register with us via the email address below:
Email: nnicb-nn.dln.committees@nhs.net.
Please let us know any accessibility requirements when you register so we can support your attendance.
Submitting Questions to the Board
Members of the public are welcome to submit questions to the Board on items included on the meeting agenda. Board meeting papers, including the agenda, are published on this documents page on the Friday before the meeting.
Please submit your questions by midday on the Tuesday before the meeting.
Questions received will be read out during the Board meeting and will be answered where possible. If an answer cannot be provided during the meeting, a response will be provided afterwards through the ICBs’ enquiries process. All questions and responses will be published within the relevant meeting’s minutes.
Please note:
- We cannot respond to questions about individual patient care, for confidentiality reasons.
- Questions not related to the Board meeting agenda will be handled through the ICBs’ enquiries process rather than at the meeting.
If you would like to submit a question, please do so via the following email address: nnicb-nn.dln.committees@nhs.net.
