Members of the public attending Board Meetings in Public
Members of the public are welcome to come and observe our Board Meetings in Public, although they are not able to take part in the discussions or ask questions during the meeting.
Board meetings usually take place every two months, on the third Thursday of the month, and start at 10am. We would request that attendees arrive promptly, as we are unable to admit late arrivals once the meeting has started.

Questions to the Board from members of the public
Members of the public are encouraged to submit questions relating to items on the Board agenda. Board meeting papers, including the agenda, are published on this page on the Friday immediately before the Board meeting.
Questions must be submitted by midday on the Tuesday before the Board meeting.
Questions received will be read out during the Board meeting and will be answered immediately if possible; questions that cannot be answered during the meeting will be responded to following the meeting, via the ICBs’ enquiries process. We will publish all questions and responses within the relevant meeting’s minutes.
Please note that, due to patient confidentiality, we will not be able to discuss questions that relate to individual patient care. Any questions received that do not relate to the agenda will be responded to via the ICBs’ enquiries process.
