Children and Young People A&E/UTC Survey
We want to understand the views of parents and carers who have taken their children to Urgent Treatment Centre (UTC) or Accident & Emergency (A&E). Our main focus is on children aged 0–5 years, but we welcome views from anyone with a child of any age.
Your feedback will help us to understand the reasons for attending Urgent Treatment Centres (UTC) or Accident & Emergency (A&E), what alternative services might have been helpful and how we can make sure everyone gets the right care, in the right place, at the right time. This survey is part of a project to improve urgent and emergency care and make sure all families can get the help they need when they need it.

Thank you for sharing your views, your answers will really help us make a difference. Responses to this survey will be received by NHS Lincolnshire Integrated Care Board and will be kept confidential under the Data Protection Act 2018. We won’t be able to identify anyone from their answers.
