Have your say on Health and Care Inclusion

We’re developing a new Health and Care Inclusion Strategy for Lincolnshire, and your views are essential.

This survey will help us understand how we can make health and care services better for everyone, especially for people who often face extra barriers when accessing support.

While the strategy is for everyone across Lincolnshire, we particularly want to hear from people with lived experience of:

• Homelessness, including rough sleeping, staying in hostels, shelters, B&Bs, temporary accommodation, sofa-surfing, squatting, or recently losing housing (through eviction, release from prison, or relationship breakdown).
• Drug or alcohol dependency, including people who experience dependence on substances such as heroin, cocaine, alcohol, or other drugs.
• Time in prison or the justice system, including people currently or formerly in prison, or those serving community sentences or on probation.
• Modern slavery or exploitation, including people who have been victims of human trafficking, forced labour, domestic servitude, or sexual exploitation.
• Life as a refugee or asylum seeker, including people who have fled persecution, war, or violence and are seeking or have received protection in the UK.
• Sex work, including people who exchange sexual services for money or goods, whether by choice, coercion, or due to lack of alternatives.
• Gypsy, Roma or Traveller communities, including people who may live in caravans, camps, or houses and belong to these travelling communities.

Your feedback will help us to understand the challenges faced by people from diverse backgrounds, shape services that are fairer, more accessible and responsive to real needs, and build a system where everyone can access the right care, in the right place, at the right time.
