Help shape the Lincolnshire’s Functional Neurological Disorder (FND) strategy

This survey is open to both PROFESSIONALS and members of the PUBLIC including GPs, carers, employers, education, voluntary organisations, community groups and people living with FND.

Building on what you told us in our earlier engagement last year; we’re now inviting people living with Functional Neurological Disorder (FND)—and the people important to them—to work together with us to design a new FND Strategy for Lincolnshire.

Medical professional is holding a brain model in their hands, potentially for use in patient education or to illustrate a neurological point

This strategy will guide how services are planned, funded and organised (also known as commissioning decisions). It’s essential that it reflects what matters to people who use services, so that lived experience drives our priorities and actions.

We’ll develop the strategy together with:

  • People of all ages living with FND,
  • Family members and carers
  • Professionals across the Lincolnshire Integrated Care System, including our community and voluntary sector partners.

While this survey focuses on the NHS care pathway, we recognise the wider needs people may have—such as education, employment, family support and social care—and we want to make sure these are considered as part of the bigger picture.

Your feedback is essential. By sharing your views, you’ll help us set the right priorities and turn them into meaningful actions that make a real difference for people living with FND in Lincolnshire.

Please take a few minutes to complete the survey below.
