Do you take Valproate medication?
Valproate (sodium valproate, valproic acid and valproate semisodium) – some brand names include: Dyzantil®, Epilim®, Episenta®, Epival®, Depakote, Convulex, Kentlim, Syonell, Orlept & Valpal, is a medication used to treat epilepsy and bipolar disorder and occasionally used to prevent migraine headaches. This medication is only available on prescription.
We are gathering feedback and experiences from people who have used this medication to inform how we deliver this in the future and to continuously improve our services.
