Help us shape a new service to support people to stay in work
We want to hear from people across Derby, Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire to help shape the new WorkWell service.
WorkWell is a programme designed to help people stay in work, return to work, and manage their health while working. The service aims to provide support early and can also help people who have recently stopped working due to a health condition.
Who can take part?
We would like to hear from:
- People aged 16 to 64 with a health condition or disability
- People who are worried their health or mental health may affect their ability to stay in work
- People who have recently stopped working because of a health problem
- Family members and carers
Why are we asking for your views?
Health problems can make it harder for people to work, including mental health conditions, musculoskeletal problems, and long-term health conditions. Some people and communities face greater challenges than others and getting help early can make a real difference.
Your feedback will help us understand what support people need and how WorkWell could work best in local communities.
How could WorkWell help?
WorkWell aims to:
- Help people find the right support quickly.
- Listen to what matters to individuals and what they want to achieve.
- Connect people with health, work, skills and community services.
- Make support easier to access by working with local organisations

Public Survey
For people aged 16-64 with a health or mental health condition, those whose health affects their ability to work, people who have recently stopped working due to a health condition, and carers.
