Lincolnshire All-age ADHD Strategy Survey

Across England, there is a strong national focus on improving how ADHD is recognised, understood, and supported. In Lincolnshire, we want to align with this national ambition while also shaping an approach that reflects the experiences, needs, and ideas of our local communities.

As we work towards identifying areas for improvements, we are inviting both members of the public and staff/stakeholders to share their views and experiences with us. Whether you have ADHD, are waiting for an assessment, support someone with ADHD, work in local services, or simply have an interest in how ADHD support is delivered, we welcome your views.

This survey is open to everyone including:

  • People with ADHD
  • People waiting for an assessment for ADHD
  • Parents, carers, and family members
  • Members of the public with an interest in ADHD
  • Staff working in health, care, education, voluntary sector or any related service
  • Stakeholders and partners across the wider system

Your feedback will help us understand:

  • How national priorities for ADHD could work in a Lincolnshire
  • What matters most to local people, families, and professionals
  • Any gaps, barriers, or challenges that need to be addressed
  • Ideas or opportunities that could shape the next five years
  • How organisations across Lincolnshire can work together more effectively

This survey is open to PUBLIC, STAFF and STAKEHOLDERS.
