Have your say on the WaitLess App
The NHS in Lincolnshire currently provides the WaitLess app. This app helps people find nearby urgent care services, such as urgent treatment centres (UTCs) and local pharmacies. It shows useful information such as waiting times, travel times and available services to help people decide where to go for care.
Why are we doing this survey?
The contract for the WaitLess app is ending in September and, as a result, the service will no longer be available to residents or visitors to Lincolnshire and there is no opportunity to extend this further in its current form.
As a result, we are engaging with patients, residents and stakeholders to understand the impact of its withdrawal and to inform future arrangements.
Feedback we receive will be used to understand the impact of the closure, identify potential mitigations and inform future arrangements including the sign posting to alternative services such as 111 online or calling 111.
NHS 111 can assess people’s healthcare needs and direct them to the most appropriate service, helping people access the right care, in the right place and at the right time.
