From 1 July 2023, East Midlands Ambulance Service (EMAS) will take over the non-emergency patient transport service (NEPTS) in Lincolnshire as NHS Lincolnshire Clinical Commissioning Group awarded a 10-year contract to EMAS.

Please contact EMAS NEPTS booking line on 0300 300 3434 for journeys arranged for 1 July 2023 onwards. Bookings can only be arranged no more than 7 days before the actual appointment day.

We appreciate your help to ensure the service is used wisely and responsibly.  If you no longer require transport or it has been amended, please call 0300 300 3434 to notify EMAS. This is to ensure the crew and resources could be used instead to assist a patient waiting elsewhere.
