The MHDLDA Team have been working closely with the charity SUDEP (Sudden unexpected death in epilepsy). Our hope is that the SUDEP Action checklist will be rolled out into GP practices in Lincolnshire by April 2025. 

We are planning an all-day event at the New Life Centre in Sleaford on Monday 10th February 2025. The event is for health professionals across the systems and GPs. We would like as many people to attend as possible, so that we can spread the word and get these checklists into practices, so we can avoid any unexpected deaths.
