Review of the care provided in Lincolnshire, to adults with ADHD
Have you received a diagnosis or suspected diagnosis of Attention Deficit and Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)?
We are carrying out a review of the care provided in Lincolnshire, to adults with ADHD with a view to making improvements. As part of the review, we are keen to learn about and understand the experience of people who have been referred for and undergone assessment and received treatment.
All survey results will be collated and used to inform the review and make recommendations for improvements to the care pathway for adults with ADHD.
