NHS Lincolnshire Integrated Care Board (ICB) is made up of 82 GP practices across the county.
The ICB engages with local clinicians, particularly with health and care staff based within our member practices, so that our commissioning plans are based on the latest clinical advice and evidence and reflect local populations.
Primary Care Networks (PCN) are now a well-established part of the local health and care architecture. There are 15 PCNs in Lincolnshire meaning that everyone living in Lincolnshire will be able to access greater provision of proactive, personalised and coordinated care in their local community.
