Across England, Integrated Care Systems (ISC) are focussed on improving population health, tackling health inequalities, enhancing productivity and helping the NHS to support broader social and economic development in their areas. The Lincolnshire ICS is no different; the NHS Lincolnshire Integrated Care Board (ICB) is working with its partner organisations to deliver Better Lives Lincolnshire and needs a new Chair to build on the long history of collaborative working across the county and drive forward this important agenda for the people of England’s fourth largest county.

Candidates will be able to draw on the range of knowledge, experience and skills needed to be effective in this challenging but ultimately hugely rewarding role, all gained in similarly senior roles in complex strategic environments. Their approach will also be informed by a strong set of the personal values aligned to those of the NHS and public service.
